Rallying for Reagan - Actions Conquer Tragedy

The WOW Foundation partnered with The Reagan Delaney Tokes Memorial Foundation to bring the Rally for Reagan—Actions Conquer Tragedy event to Toledo in March. Some of our MHL team members were among the over 400 people who attended the fundraising event at the Premier. The motivational evening raised funds for college scholarships in the honor of local young woman Reagan Tokes, whose life was taken in an act of violence just months short of her graduation from OSU. The inspiring speakers were Lisa McCrary-Tokes, mother of Reagan and champion for awareness and self-defense; and Tonya Rider, retired Toledo Police detective, BGSU forensic instructor, and investigator on the Oxygen Channel’s “Cold Justice.”

The WOW (Women of Waterford Bank) Foundation was formed in early 2014 to empower women through education, community service, and professional enrichment. The Foundation has helped a number of local and global organizations, while fueling its mission of empowering women. The Reagan Delaney Tokes Memorial Foundation was founded in 2017.
